Poison! What is the definition?

According to Dictionary online,

a substance that is capable of causing the illness or death of a living organism when introduced or absorbed.

According to MedicineNet online,

Poison: Any substance that can cause severe organ damage or death if ingested, breathed in, injected into the body or absorbed through the skin.

Poisoning probably is the favorite ‘game’ control freaks enjoy playing since, in most cases, those being poisoned don’t recognize the problem until it’s too late, like with weather geoengineering now. They ain’t contrails! However, the poison practice probably has been ongoing ever since time immemorial.

Nevertheless, the ‘game’ changed dramatically when “old man” John D. Rockefeller decided in the early 1900s to create a new industry [1-2], which would do just that: Invent, patent, manufacture and sell chemicals that would be sold legally as “medicines but with implementing an apparent sub-culture of causing ancillary diseases by either adverse reactions, or even death!

Yet, in 2013, an estimated 128,000+ prescription drug takers died from adverse drug reactions.

This means that prescription drugs almost rival stroke in terms of overall casualties.

Rockefeller’s game plan was enhanced further at the end of World War II when the United States offered Hitler’s “poison specialists” the opportunity under Project Paperclip [3-4] to come to the USA avoiding prosecution to create similar poisons for the U.S. government. Unbelievable, but true—and no one in Congress had the ‘gonads’ to oppose that program, unless, of course, it was funded under black ops or as part of the then-evolving Deep State and Shadow Government agendas, which Congress has no control over.

Fluoride/Fluoridation of municipal water systems

After all these years, plus independent scientific research documenting fluoride’s ability to reduce IQs [7], By 2006, 69.2% of the U.S. population on public water systems were receiving fluoridated water” [8], we’re still being poisoned by fluoride.

1976 Trade Secrets Act

That federal law began the slippery slope slide to being able not to report certain ‘ingredients’, since they were regarded as “trade secrets,” but allowed the ‘hiding’ of chemicals, which made products with patents available. The Act has been revised over the years; however, it began an ‘accepted practice’ regarding secret chemicals, in my opinion.

National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act

The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA) of 1986 (42 U.S.C. §§ 300aa-1 to 300aa-34.

This “get out of jail free” act provided Big Pharma with total exonerations at law for product liability adverse reactions regarding vaccines/vaccinations. Talk about bailout! It probably began the downfall of U.S. children’s health status during the ensuing years since hundreds of vaccines are being produced without independent, non-vested-interests ‘science’ publically being made available to consumers and intended vaccinees regarding the neurotoxic ingredients and chemicals in vaccines, which now are becoming government mandatory!

U.S. children’s health went from one in 10,000-15,000 Autism cases in the 1970s, to one in 59 nationally, and one in 34 in New Jersey [9]. U.S. has higher death rates for newborns than other rich countries [10], but also the highest number of vaccines given in the first year of life [11]!

Genetically Modified ‘Phoods’ and Glyphosate

Even though food additives, preservatives, irradiation, etc. have been around for decades, nothing matches the insanity of GM phoods and seeds, which, in most cases, have to be cultivated using Roundup®, Monsanto’s killer herbicide, now owned by Bayer Pharmaceuticals. It’s not safe to drink as many would have consumers believe, thus propelling the weed killer herbicide into over one thousand lawsuits-in-waiting for causing Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma.

Glyphosate was first synthesized in 1950 by Swiss chemist Henry Martin, who worked for the Swiss company Cilag. The farther away from a nuclear power plant you can live and work, the better. However, I find it interesting that most nuclear power stations are situation near large cities. What were they thinking?

Recently, Exelon announced it was decommissioning its Three Mile Island Nuclear Power Plant, the first U.S. nuclear accident in the State Capitol area, Harrisburg, since the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania wouldn’t ‘bail it out’. Who is going to be monitoring it for how many thousands of years? Will it have the potential of poisoning local ground and well water?

I have covered what I consider the most egregious poison assaults on the citizens of the United States.

I’m certain there are more readers can point to, i.e., formaldehyde in everything, just about, including vaccines. However, what I hope this exercise shows is that our federal ABC agencies may, and probably are not, functioning in consumers’ best interests.

Those agencies are caught up in what I claim is the Corporatocracy governance mode and we are paying the price for legislators and bureaucrats collusionary actions.

This Is How Lay’s $177 Billion Owner Tried To Sue Local Indian Farmers For Growing Their Patented Potatoes and Failed

In a twist in the classic David vs Goliath story, the Goliath has rallied against David here. We are talking about the potential lawsuit with which PepsiCo has threatened small-time farmers in a small village near Ahmedabad, Gujarat in India.

But why?

The multi-billion dollar industry has alleged that four farmers of this particular village have been growing a special variety of potatoes whose rights have been bought by the industry. This means that what they have been doing has been a classic case of infringement on one’s patented property. And while they have threatened the small farmers with a lawsuit containing reparations of almost $143,000 each, they have decided to first try to settle amicably.

The potatoes in question are FL-2027, a variety that PepsiCo has exclusive rights over, since 2016 as submitted in the district court, and verified by CNN.

A spokesperson for the company told that they were looking at a lawsuit only because they wanted to safeguard the rights of several thousand farmers who were under a contract with PepsiCo. This would ensure that their privileges and rights aren’t infringed.

Interestingly, PepsiCo is India’s largest potato buyer, and this particular potato has been used to make its uber-famous Lays. PepsiCo is also one of the first international companies in India that went for localization and employed several thousand farmers to grow a variety of these protected potatoes.

PepsiCo mentions how there were many farmers who were given the legal right to grow these potatoes, but not Fulchand Kachchawa and Suresh Kachchawa living near Deesa, north of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

But as we would have it, the small farmers have found themselves being supported by a number of activists and lawyers. Around 190 activists have written to the Indian Ministry of Agriculture, stating how these claims were not only false but could also be an attack on the sovereignty of the nation itself. India Today, a big-time media company writes how the activists believe that these claims are untenable and go against the spirit of a true business transaction.

Now, unless the matter is taken to court or dealt with amicably, we wouldn’t know who is in the wrong.

But if the words of Kapil Shah, head of the law group Janta is to be believed, the behemoth has made a big mistake by accusing these farmers. It will go against their rights to practice free agriculture.

On the 2nd of May 2019 Pepsico announced that they have withdrawn the Indian potato farmer lawsuits after political pressure.

In the end it’s awesome to hear that justice finally prevailed.

Smirnoff Vodka Switches to Non-GMO Corn, Upsets Big Ag

Smirnoff vodka is now made with non-GMO corn. Apparently, they made the announcement a few months ago but didn’t get much exposure in the corporate or independent media.

“While Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka has always been gluten-free, 10-times filtered and triple-distilled, now the brand has made a substantial investment in transitioning to using non-GMO corn during distillation,” Smirnoff said in the announcement.

“By using non-GMO corn for Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka, we’re ensuring that anyone who avoids gluten and GMO ingredients in their everyday life still has the option to enjoy a delicious Smirnoff cocktail,” said Jay Sethi, Vice President, Smirnoff, Diageo North America.

They released a short commercial promoting the new GMO-free vodka recipe.



Previously, Smirnoff used genetically-modified corn which many people prefer not to consume.

According to Organic Consumers Association,

GMOs are created in a lab, by inserting a gene from one organism into another unrelated organism, producing plants and animals that would never occur in nature. No long-term safety studies have been done on humans, but animal studies link the consumption of GMOs to an increase in allergies, kidney and liver disease, ADHD, cancer, infertility, chronic immune disorders and more.

Popular GMO corn strains like Monsanto’s Roundup Ready Corn are designed to withstand being heavily sprayed with glyphosate, which has been determined to be “probably carcinogenenic to humans” by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) in 2015.

It’s still unclear if GMOs themselves are the cause of illness in lab tests, or whether the chemical herbicide glyphosate is the primary cause.

Yet, it grows increasingly certain that glyphosate is indeed detrimental to human health. Monsanto-Bayer is neck-deep in lawsuits by sick farmers and others. And nearly all processed food has harmful glyphosate in them.

And, of course, the move by Smirnoff was roundly attacked by Big Ag sources as “farmer smearing,” “a marketing gimmick” and “anti-science.”

Others opined that since alcohol is already considered a carcinogen, who cares if it’s made with GMOs?

Shouldn’t we have a higher standard for any product we consume? Shouldn’t we support products that use the absolute best ingredients available to them?

What’s In Standard Fast Food & Chain Restaurants Menus: Seriously, Is It Safe To Eat?

Up front, I must admit I have conflicts of interest in writing this article. I eat about 95% to 98% organically-grown food, mostly all fresh, too! That’s the extent of my “conflict of interest,” since I do not advertise any brands or products, and never have in my professional career.

With all the research since the late 1970s into what can make the human body sick, including the overwhelmingly outrageous additions of toxic agricultural and animal-husbandry-chemicals, food processing ingredients, and the fact most processed foods are made using fluoridated water, I came to the conclusion long ago, “You can’t poison a body into wellness,” so I structured my professional and personal healthcare lives to “walk the talk.”

I truthfully can say I’ve not been in a fast food chain restaurant (i.e., hamburger joint-type) since the 1960s! Even then, I think I was there maybe a total of a dozen times, as I really don’t like greasy food! However, in the 1990s, my late husband and I were on a bus trip for seniors and we had a ‘pit stop’ at one of those places. Boy, did I have a hard time getting eggs scrambled in butter!

Over the years the chemicalization of air, water and food has been nothing to sneeze at—literally or figuratively! According to The Telegraph News, the Number of toxic chemicals applied to vegetables has risen 17 fold since the 1960s was published November 27, 2017.

Do you know that the number of chemicals applied to leeks, onions, potatoes and wheat has been increasing steadily since the 1960s? Don’t many out-of-bag or box snacks contain most, if not all, of the above?

The above Telegraph article states:

Onions and leeks have seen the biggest rise in toxic chemicals applied to them with the number rising 17 fold from 1.8 in 1966 to 32.6 in 2015, the data showed.

Back in 1974 less than two chemicals were applied to an average wheat crop, a figure which rose more than ten fold to 20.7 in 2014.

And potato crops are now sprayed with five times more chemicals than they were in 1975 with the number rising from 5.3 to 30.8 in 2014.

Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is a condition in which fat builds up in your liver. Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) is a type of NAFLD. If you have NASH, you have inflammation and liver cell damage, along with fat in your liver.

GMO Free USA’s Report “Eating Out: A Date With Glyphosate” lists three contaminants, including glyphosate and AMPA, [one of the primary degradation products of the herbicide glyphosate. AMPA has toxicity which is comparable to that of glyphosate and it is therefore considered to be of similar toxicological concern as (harmful in greater than 0.5 parts per billion) glyphosate itself. The cumulative effect for the following restaurant types of foods that were tested: Casual Dining; Pizza; and Fast Food / Retail.

FDA Approves Controversial GMO Salmon For Import

The United States Food and Drug Administration has decided that their previous ban on genetically modified salmon can be lifted.  In 2016, Congress said the salmon could not be sold in the United States until the FDA finalized labeling guidelines to inform consumers the product was genetically engineered. That’s when the FDA implemented the import alert.

But all that has changed now. In 2015, the FDA deemed the AquaAdvantage Salmon safe, marking the first U.S. approval of a genetically engineered animal intended for food.  But the 2016 import alert prevented the salmon from being sold in the U.S…until now.

According to CNN,  Congress passed a law directing the U.S. Department of Agriculture to set a national mandatory standard for disclosing bioengineered foods. That standard was issued last December.

FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb said because of the 2016 law and the USDA’s new standard, the FDA “no longer has the authority to issue labeling guidance,” CNN reported. “However, the FDA believes this Congressional mandate has been satisfied by the USDA’s issuance of final regulations implementing that law in late 2018 because the law and regulations require that human food containing GE [genetically engineered] salmon bear labeling indicating that it is bioengineered,” Gottlieb said in a statement.

This will allow for the importation of genetically modified salmon eggs into the U.S. to be raised for human consumption.

For some, GMO, when used for food, is a blessing.  The ability to feed many more people than possible with strictly organically raised animals. Many feel that in order to sustain the constantly burgeoning population, GMO foods are a necessity. But for others, the health risks and long term unknown consequences are a curse.

Many claim GMO foods are safe; however, most of the research used to claim that GMOs are safe has been performed by biotechnology companies – those who stand to profit from proclaiming GMOs as “safe.” Still, “several animal studies indicate serious health risks associated with genetically modified (GM) food (AAEM 2009),” including infertility, immune problems, accelerated aging, faulty insulin regulation, and changes in major organs and the gastrointestinal system.
